The Ghost That Haunted Al Capone
Al Capone had succeeded in killing his rivals and scaring some out of Chicago but he couldn't get rid of the ghost of one of his rivals. The ghost's name was James Clark, who was Bugs Moran's brother in law and a victim in the St. Valentine's Day massacre. James Clark haunted Capone until Capone died.
Capone was sent fleeing in fright many times from James Clark's ghost. Capone's bodyguards and servants heard him many times pleading with James Clark's ghost to leave him alone. James Clark's ghost was relentless and wouldn't leave. Even the psychic that Capone had contacted to help get rid of the ghost at James Clark in 1931, couldn't do it.
Some say James Clark's ghost was a figment of Capone's insanity from the syphilis. What do you think?
Interesting post.
