Who Is The Real Prostitute?

Mark raises a good question.

Will The Real “Prostitute” Stand Up- by Mark over at Mark America

Listening to the Democrats, you would think Rush Limbaugh had committed a war crime. His use of the terms “prostitute” and “slut” that he offered as possible descriptors of leftist agitator Sandra Fluke, and for which he subsequently apologized has been the rallying cry of every lefty feminist in sight, but Democrats generally as they seek to make as many miles on this as they can. The problem is that contrary to the shrill refrain, it’s not having quite the effect the Democrats had hoped, and what seems to be happening is that there has been a backlash against sponsors who withdrew advertising from Limbaugh’s show. This flies in the face of all we’ve been told about this episode by the mainstream media, but it also offers a little insight as to who the American people see as the real prostitute, as the double-standard in the media has become apparent with such leftists as Bill Maher getting a pass from certain politicians and political groups.

National Organization for Women(NOW) President Terry O’Neill was asked whether she thought the Obama SuperPAC that received a million dollars from the so-called ‘comic’ Bill Maher ought to return the money on the basis of what he has said about a number of prominent conservative women, including Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann. Her answer is only surprising to those who are naive about the motives of the NOW gang.

About Gloria Allred

I am not worried about Gloria Allred persecuting Rush Limbaugh. I believe she is going to get a backlash from it and end up with runny egg on her face. The dittoheads aren’t going to put up with it for one. The dittoheads just might form a boycott on her law office.

People haven’t forgotten her involvement with Herman Cain Incident. It turned out to be a sham.

Gloria Allred is going to be exposed for the hypocrite and Liberal she is because it will make people wonder why she hasn’t gone after Bill Maher, Ed Schultz, etc. on the same grounds. Not to mention, people are getting tired of this double standard of the left.

Stand Up For Rush - And All Of Us By Bruce Walker

Stand Up for Rush - and All of Us by Bruce Walker over at American Thinker

Jeffrey Lord at American Spectator has issued a challenge which all conservatives must heed. One can accept the Battleground Poll numbers which consistently report that about 60% of America calls itself conservative or the Gallup numbers which place conservatives as "only" about 40% of the nation or the Survey USA which states that 34% of Americans are conservative and 20% liberal. The fact remains the same: conservative America is much larger than leftist America.

Why, then, can the left engage in the most despicable behavior towards conservatives while Rush's remark about Ms. Fluke produces a firestorm of leftist activity? The left grasps that ballots in elections make for only one kind of vote that ideologically motivated Americans cast.

Every time conservatives stop watching CNN or take children out of public schools or stop supporting an organization which was once benignly neutral on ideological issues, conservatives cast marketplace ballots that count. But every time the left convinces us that we should not boycott corporations that slavishly toady to leftist whims or gratuitously offend us, we lose a battle that we cannot afford to lose.

Liberals Are Dreaming If They Think They Can Bring Down Limbaugh

Liberals are dreaming if they think they can bring down Limbaugh by Rick Moran over at American Thinker

The excitement on the left over 30 advertisers dropping Rush Limbaugh has reached idiotic heights. Many are openly predicting the end of the Rush Limbaugh show - as if simply saying it out loud would make it true.

This isn't going to happen. As Howard Kurtz points out, Rush may be losing some advertisers, but he hasn't lost any listeners. And that's the bottom line for radio stations carrying his show:

On Monday, Limbaugh remarked to his audience, "They've decided they don't want you or your business anymore. So be it."

The backlash has been driven by social media, such as a Facebook campaign urging a boycott of Limbaugh's sponsors.

Limbaugh has faced backlashes and boycotts before. But not like this.

Hypocrisy, Sex And Set-Ups

Hypocrisy, Sex and Set-Ups by Daria DiGiovanni over at Canada Free Press

As a woman, I find Sandra Fluke’s testimony particularly distasteful — and not just because of the way she chooses to conduct her personal life. That is of course her business, but that doesn’t mean I can’t formulate an opinion about it, especially since Fluke had no problem (not to mention, shame) in divulging the most intimate details of her life in a public forum. If she chooses to sleep with every guy on the planet, it’s her prerogative to do so. But it’s entirely offensive that 1.) a woman who claims to be so “empowered” cannot take responsibility for managing the consequences of her own choices, and 2.) that this same woman expects taxpayers to fund her lifestyle when said taxpayers already fund Planned Parenthood (where Fluke can easily obtain birth control) to the tune of $500 million annually.

Naturally, none of this would be an issue had our political overlords in Washington D.C. not saddled us with the economy-and-healthcare destroying albatross known as Obamacare — whose latest dire consequence is an all-out assault on religious liberty. A planned set-up by Democrats, Fluke’s testimony and Rush Limbaugh’s poor choice of words seem to have overshadowed the heart of the matter. So now, instead of talking about the right of religious institutions to obey their conscience, the media narrative is contraception as a “women’s health issue” (never mind that the Pill is actually detrimental to a woman’s health), framed in such familiar lefty terms as an “attack” on women’s rights.

Where’s the “tolerance” and “sisterhood”, sister?

Should Rush Limbaugh have apologized? While I respect and understand his decision to do so, I want to know where all of the so-called feminists were when Sarah Palin and her daughters were at the receiving end of vile character assaults that went far beyond the use of the word “slut”. Why no outcry over T-shirts worn by Palin’s political opponents (who no doubt were completely ignorant of her actual record, but that’s beside the point) clearly stating, “Sarah Palin is a C_ _ _?”

Dear Rush- “Why I Canceled My Select Number Bed”

Gary DeMar stated in this post how I feel about this incident. I am however going to add I will not be doing business Proflower or Carbonite plus the other sponsors that left Rush. It seems to me if their not loyal enough to people they sponsor it shows me they wouldn’t be loyal o their customers.

Dear Rush- “Why I Canceled My Select Number Bed” by Gary DeMar over at Godfather Politics

Dear Rush:

I know you apologized for calling 30-year-old Sandra Fluke a “slut” and a “prostitute.” The language was certainly over the top. I know what you were thinking. Sometimes people need to be hit over the head with a 2×4 before something sinks in.

Before the watching world Ms. Fluke told us that she was sleeping around. Promiscuity and sex before marriage were once considered social taboos. No one denied that people engaged in these types of sexual encounters, but such women were generally looked down upon. I can remember people saying, “It’s OK to have sex with these types of girls, but they’re not the ones you bring home to your parents and eventually marry.”

Like you, I have reminded people that the larger issue is not about contraception. I just read a Christian Science Monitor article that continues to perpetuate the lie that conservatives want to deny women contraceptives. We don’t. We just don’t want to have our money taken from us to pay for them. If Ms. Fluke wants to engage n promiscuous sex, then she should pay for it. I don’t want to be an unwilling accomplice to her immorality and stupidity.

I’ve gotten to the point in my life that I would be willing to pay for contraceptive devices for women like Ms. Fluke if they promise never to have children. The thought of them breeding is disturbing.

Rush Limbaugh Unleashed Again

This time it is at Obama.

Fed-Up Limbaugh Unleashes Firestorm- Obama ‘Pretends to Care About the Middle Class but Like a King at Public Trough by Becket Adams

Ever since former governor Mitt Romney made his “about 15 percent” comment Tuesday morning, media outlets have been reporting almost non-stop that a) the GOP candidate is wealthy and b) his effective federal tax rate seems very low.

Apparently, the media’s fascination with the former Massachusetts governor’s comments proved too much for radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh. On his show Wednesday, Limbaugh had some “you shoulda’ said” advice for the GOP hopeful.

“When all this kerfuffle starts about Mitt Romney, this 15 percent tax rate, he can say, ‘Look, we live in America, not some failed Soviet satellite. I favor a flat, or fair tax. I want to get rid of the IRS, or most of it. I favor denying big spending Obamacare liberals our income. I favor putting Obama and his reckless spending radicals on a diet, a diet we call private property rights. We call it limited government. We call it taking our country back,’” Limbaugh said.

However, Limbaugh was just getting warmed up. It’s not enough to simply refute the attack, Limbaugh said, but conservatives should go on the offensive and preach the message of conservatism.

Rush Limbaugh Thinks It Time To Air Out Journalists Personal Dirty Laundry

It looks like Rush has been push too far this time. He is going for blood. At least that what is said in an article over at the Daily Caller.

Rush Limbaugh- Time to ‘focus on’ personal lives of journalists by Jeff Poor

The hoopla surrounding the ABC News interview with former House Speaker Newt Gingrich’s second ex-wife, Marianne Gingrich, has raised a question for conservative radio show host Rush Limbaugh: How come journalists aren’t held to the same standard they hold those they investigate to?

On his Thursday show, Limbaugh asked that question and said that it was appropriate to do so since the media is no longer just reporting, but passing judgment as well.

“That’s another thing, this always gets me — are journalists monogamous?” Limbaugh asked. “Are journalists faithful? Are they as clean and pure as the wind-driven snow? This is what has always fascinated me. These people — the sportswriter guys, the news media guys — they all get to sit in judgment as though they live perfect lives. And then when you try to turn the focus on them, ‘Oh no, no, no, no, no. I’m just a reporter. It doesn’t matter.’ It certainly does because you’re not reporting. You’re passing judgment.”

I Am For Rush Limbaugh Moderating A Republican Debate. Are You?

I am for letting Rush Limbaugh moderate a GOP debate. I know Rush would ask the right question Americans want to hear answer to. The Republican presidential candidates wouldn’t have to prostrate themselves yet again before the mainstream media.  Here is what Doug Patton has to say.

Let’s Have Rush Limbaugh Moderate a GOP Debate by Doug Patton

Twice in a span of 12 hours this past weekend, in what have laughingly come to be called “debates,” the six remaining Republican presidential candidates — Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul, Rick Perry and Jon Huntsman — prostrated themselves yet again before the mainstream media. As usual, the network celebrity talking heads gathered the GOP candidates together and dared them to attack each other, and once more there was a clear winner: Barack Obama.

Controlling the agenda on Saturday night were former Bill Clinton mouthpiece George Stephanopoulos and the soft-spoken, ever-patronizing Diane Sawyer of ABC. On Sunday morning it was even worse, with NBC’s hyper-liberal host of Meet the Press, David Gregory, directing the questions. As with most of the moderators in the previous 987 debates since last spring, these people could barely conceal their disdain for the candidates lined up before them, especially when the issues on the table were of a social nature, such as abortion or the defense of traditional marriage.

This has become a huge problem for the candidates and for the Republican primary process, because with the network elites in charge of these debates, the real issues are never discussed. Newt Gingrich still gets in a zinger now and then when he attacks the media or verbally assaults Obama, and Rick Perry called the president a socialist (he was being kind). Otherwise, who holds Obama accountable when his fiercest defenders are asking the questions?

Well, either the New York Times entered the “The Twilight Zone” or their hypocrites?  Read what Rush Limbaugh has to say about a newspaper article in the New York Times. Is it  “The Twilight Zone” the newspaper entered or are they hypocrites? You decide.

Could the people ostensibly on our side of things start focusing on Obama rather than trying to find the perfect Republican conservative, ‘cause that person doesn’t exist.”-Rush Limbaugh
