I didn’t know this was happening here in Indiana in Marion County until I looked at the Indianapolis Star today. You just never know about these things here in Indiana. One day they say nay another yeah.

A Marion County judge today will hear a request from “birther” conspiracist Orly Taitz to keep President Barack Obama off the Indiana general election ballot
Taitz is suing the Indiana Election Commission and claims Obama, who was born in Hawaii, is not a citizen and is ineligible to be president.
