Democratic Convention: Let The Immorality Games Begin By Tad Cronn

Democratic Convention: Let the Immorality Games Begin by Tad Cronn, Godfather Politics

It was inevitable that a political party that has chosen abortion and gay “marriage” as two of its biggest issues would be wallowing in the gutter at its national convention.

The three-day Democratic Party main event hadn’t even opened yet when a couple of delegates were already being hustled out for drunkenness.

One of the most popular items being passed out to conventioneers was buttons reading “Sluts Vote.” That goes back to the episode earlier this year when the Democrats sneaked an apparently highly libidinous college student into what was supposed to be a hearing on the religious freedom implications of the Obamacare mandate to churches.

Sandra Fluke became an instant media and bathroom-wall celebrity when she whined that her contraceptive bill was driving her to bankruptcy. Rush Limbaugh lit the fuse on the Democrats’ trap when he referred to Fluke on air as a “slut”. It became the outrage of the news cycle, despite “slut” being a rather kind word for what Ms. Fluke described as her sinful lifestyle, and despite the many more illustrative words liberals often have for women in Hollywood movies, television, rap albums and so forth.

So naturally, Democrats are showing their respect for women with big ol’ buttons for the ladies. They go very well with Code Pinko’s female private parts costumes, no doubt.

To further demonstrate their respect for women — and the country — there will also be a Planned Parenthood-sponsored “Sex, Politics and Cocktails” party at the Privilege Day Club and Night Club on Tuesday night.

I’m sure free condoms will be handed out with the cocktail weenies, but it sounds like Planned Parenthood is trying to drum up some business.

Yes, Sen. Durbin, The DNC Platform Is ‘Godless’ By Tad Cronn

Bishop Jackson is right Christians need to exodus The Donkey Party.  The Democrats  have become godless. They don’t stand for Christians. Open your eyes and see what they stand for. It is godless issues Democrats stand for like abortion, gay marriages, trying to control people, etc. Some other people are noticing it too.

Yes, Sen. Durbin, the DNC Platform Is ‘Godless’ by Tad Cronn, Godfather Politics

Democratic Sen. Dick Durbin must be feeling the hellfire nipping at his heels.

During a recent interview on Fox, Durbin practically had smoke coming out of his ears when he was asked by host Bret Baier why the Democratic Party removed all mentions of God from its official party platform.

Durbin didn’t exactly respond to the question, but instead responded to where he thought it was going:

“If the narrative that is being presented on your station and through your channel and your network, is that the Democrats are godless people, they ought to know better. God is not a franchise of the Republican Party. Those of us that believe in God and those of us who have dedicated our lives to helping others in the name of God don’t want to take a second seat to anyone who is suggesting that one word out of the platform means that the Democrats across America are godless. Come on Bret.”

Just a touch defensive, no?

The fact is that God has been doing a vanishing act for years in the Democratic Party platform. In 2004, when the nominee was ketchup fortune houseboy John Kerry (who in case you didn’t know it, served in Vietnam), the DNC platform mentioned God seven times. In 2008, when Obama was up for the coronation, God only rated a single mention, and that was in the phrase “God-given.” By way of contrast, this year’s GOP platform mentions God 12 times.

Climate Of Fear- Inhofe Calls Out Obama’s EPA Over Scare Tactics By Tad Cronn

Climate of Fear- Inhofe Calls Out Obama’s EPA Over Scare Tactics by Tad Cronn over at Godfather Politics

Republican Sen. James Inhofe of Oklahoma has begun an investigation of the Environmental Protection Agency’s use of disinformation and scare tactics to damage the American energy industry.

The EPA’s recent efforts to portray hydraulic fracturing as dangerous were the spur for the investigation, but Inhofe has cited incidents that point to an entire anti-energy agenda.

Inhofe sent a letter to EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson demanding an explanation after the office of EPA Region 6, which includes Inhofe’s constituency, issued a warning that hydraulic fracturing could cause houses to explode.

According to Inhofe, Regional EPA Administrator Al Armendariz repeated the accusation in several interviews before the warning was quietly withdrawn.

The EPA ordered Texas state officials to stop investigating its claim that hydraulic fracturing had contaminated well water, Inhofe said in announcing his investigation.

“When state regulators were made aware of EPA’s actions, they made it clear they felt the agency was proceeding prematurely,” Inhofe said.

The senator also wants to investigate whether there is any connection between the EPA’s tactics and a video in which Armendariz is shown explaining to EPA officials that his philosophy in dealing with oil and gas companies is to “crucify” them:

The Eligibility Issue Still Matters To Americans By Tad Cronn

The Eligibility Issue Still Matters to Americans by Tad Cronn over at Godfather Politics

It comes down to this: Are you the sort of person who would really stand by and let a man in a position of power change the face and future of your country for the worse just because it would be too hard or unpopular to prove that he doesn’t belong in that position in the first place?

It’s beyond disheartening to watch judge after judge, court after court find reasons not to listen to evidence that President Obama’s birth certificate, and hence his eligibility to hold the office, is faked.

But there are no words to describe the feeling when a judge, who is sworn to uphold the Constitution, rules that a candidate for the presidency doesn’t have to prove his eligibility for the office at all, as happened recently in a New Jersey courtroom.

Just to twist the knife a bit, Obama’s attorney in the case, Alexandra Hill, seemed to give indications that the White House was trying to distance itself from the birth certificate it issued on its own website, according to Jerome Corsi, who is probably the only journalist in America still following the eligibility story.

Conservatives Being Locked Out As Romney Ascends By Tad Cronn

Conservatives Being Locked Out as Romney Ascends by Tad Cronn over at Godfather Politics

Early in the GOP presidential campaign I was holding on to hope that the country, or at least conservatives, had learned something from the drubbing we got in the 2008 election.

But once again, the GOP appears poised to nominate the worst of the worst as its candidate and to hand Obama the keys to the White House for another four years. Meanwhile, real conservatives are watching from the sidelines.

Newt Gingrich, who is staying in the race, admitted Friday at a Wisconsin campaign stop that Mitt Romney is beating the pants off of him.

“I think Mitt Romney is clearly the front-runner,” Gingrich said according to Fox News. “I think he will probably get 1,144 (delegates), but I think he has to earn it.”

The media had picked Romney early on as their favorite for the GOP, because he was “middle of the road,” which is doublespeak for “liberal.”

But as the primaries are a numbers game leading up to the convention, there was still the possibility that the conservative outrage over Obama might yet bear fruit.
