America, we have an enormous problem. And, it’s a quickly expanding one. Fueled by the palpable fear of We-the-People that is now observably apparent from arrogant elected members of both the Executive and Legislative branches of the US government, Orwellian bills denying the American people their
Constitutionally protected rights are now being routinely crafted and passed by an increasingly draconian “ruling—not governing—political class.”
For the first time in the history of the United States of America, its people are being reigned over and reined in by thoroughly totalitarian and an almost completely corrupt set of individuals…individuals whom we elected.
The USA has been heading for Leftist rule for many decades. The markedly minority Marxists and Maoists have been incessantly and, for years, feverishly working to take over our country and install a Stalinist/Hitlerian-styled government. In fact, in 2010 at least 70 members (we suspect there are probably more) of the US Democrat Party were listed as members of the American Socialist Party. But, this is the first time they have claimed the unconditional power to do so.
First the good news. Yesterday—26 January—I watched live feed of an extraordinary event. The setting was a courtroom in Georgia and the presiding jurist was Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi. The case centered around and on Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility to be placed on the Georgia ballot in the upcoming 2012 General Election(s). During the hearing, 3 attorneys—Orly Taitz, Van Irion and J. Mark Hatfield—presented their witnesses and individual ineligibility cases brought against Mr. Obama.
Neither Obama nor his attorney Michael Jablonski were in attendance—both having opted to avoid and skip the proceedings altogether—and none of the court’s required production of Obama’s eligibility was provided.
Note: Jablonski seems to be perpetuating the long-standing myth that his client is above the law and now—by association—he appears to be operating under the delusion that he is, also. This brings up the interesting possibility of Atty. Jablonski—having provided no apparent legal reason for his non-attendance—being subject to revocation of his license to practice law in the State of Georgia. But, that’s a discussion for another time.
The evidence presented was strong and there appears to be, at least, a 50-50 chance of Judge Malihi and the State of Georgia ruling in plaintiffs’ favor. Judge Malihi will file a report, including his recommendations, with the Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp. When a decision is given by Judge Malihi, this will be the first time that any ruling on the merits of Obama’s eligibility will have been rendered. Note: After yesterday’s hearing there was some indication that Judge Malihi was planning to rule for the plaintiffs. But, I have been unable to confirm the report.
I guess our leaders in Washington DC don’t understand Obama is an abuser because they voted National Defense Authorization Act. Either ones that voted on this bill are incompetent or knowingly put their fellow Americans in the line of fire. The politicians that voted on this bill should be voted out in coming elections. National Defense Authorization Act can send an American citizen to the slammer on a Obama whim without being read their Miranda Rights by the military. That is what the title of this article suggest.
Today’s column will be short and to the point. It has finally arrived, folks. I’d hoped I was wrong about it but, tragically and chillingly I was not. Obama has just announced—in his own words—that he can detain (imprison) anyone he wants with the new unconstitutional NDAA bill passed by Congress and signed by the now self-proclaimed Dictator-in-Chief Barack Hussein Obama. Note: As usual, the Marxist-media doesn’t care and is, instead, jubilant that Dear Leader Obama has finally done away with that pesky Constitution.
In a statement published 31 December on his White House site, Mr. Obama states: “Today I have signed into law H.R. 1540, the “National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012.” He goes on in the statement: “I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation, and prosecution of suspected terrorists.” Note: Senator Carl Levin (D-MI) advised in the below YouTube video that the White House and Barack Obama DEMANDED the removal of any and all protections for US citizens and legal residents. So, the collaborative Congress gave him the dictatorial powers he has wanted since he usurped the Office of POTUS.
There was another article I read that Obama said he wouldn’t have Americans arrested. With as many time Obama lies, would you believe it? It is time to vote these bums out, U.S., in self- preservation.
