Pray that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. (See Philip. 4:7)

Pray that God almighty will be their defender during this time of suffering. (See Psalm 68:5)

Pray that their hearts would not become hardened toward God, but they would have eyes to see, ears to hear and their hearts would turn to God in this time of calamity. (See Matt. 13:15)

Pray that these families would be strong and courageous and know that God will never leave them nor forsake them. (See Deut. 31:6)

Pray that they would trust God despite what they see. (See Prov. 3:5-6).

Pray that God will flood their soul with the joy of the Lord. (See Psalm 30:5)
