When Eric Holder testified last December before the House Judiciary Committee about the Fast and Furious gun-walking scandal, he proclaimed in his opening statement that the Justice Department had been "fully cooperative and responsive in its dealing with Congress."

 

But later during the hearing, Florida Congresswoman Sandy Adams asked Holder about his communications with his top aides concerning Fast and Furious.

 

"Did you at any time -- at any time -- e-mail on your personal account with Larry Breuer -- Lanny Breuer and Gary Grindler in regards to Fast and Furious ever?" asked Adams.

 

Holder: Ever?

 

Adams: Yes...

 

Holder: I don't know.

 

Adams then asked, "[W]ould you check and get back with us? If you need some help, I'm sure your agency personnel can get into those computers."

 

Holder responded that he would not provide any e-mails written after February 4, 2011 -- when a false letter concerning Fast and Furious had been composed and sent to Congress from the Justice Department.

Eric Holder, the top law enforcement officer in the nation has a proven track record of lying to Congress and the American people. Some members of Congress have been debating on whether or not to cite the US Attorney General for contempt of Congress for his testimony, or lack thereof, before them on Operation Fast and Furious.

 

Ever since the botched guns to Mexican drug cartels fiasco was made public, documentation proves that Holder has continuously lied about his knowledge of the operation. Even when presented with irrefutable evidence of his knowledge, he sat before Congress and lied to their faces without batting an eye.

 

I watched part of Holder’s testimony before Congress and his whole mannerism was that of a pathological liar. One of my close family members is a pathological liar who believes their lies to be the truth once they leave their lips and it is virtually impossible to convince them otherwise. I confronted the family member with a tape recording of their lie and they stood there and denied it was them or the tape was real. I saw that same trait in America’s top cop.

In what promises to be an enormous document dump, I have received the first in a series of DOJ bundles in response to my FOIA request filed close to a year ago. Specifically, I asked for "records relating to the meeting of the 'Monthly Outreach Meeting' with Muslim and Arab groups at the Civil Rights Division. Specifically, include lists of attendees at each monthly meeting, the agenda of each meeting and any minutes or summary prepared subsequent to each meeting. Please also specifically note the meetings at which the Attorney General of the United States attended."

 

The principal impact of reading through the material is the sheer bulk of it. Hundreds and hundreds of pages of emails, documenting nearly daily friendly contact, consultation, cooperation and collaboration between the DOJ and Hamas-linked Muslim Brotherhood groups. One thing is clear, the Muslim Brotherhood has fully infiltrated command and control at the Department of Justice civil rights division.

Representative Dana Rohrabacher Says Holder Needs To Resign

BALTIMORE, Md. — California Republican Rep. Dana Rohrabacher told The Daily Caller he thinks Attorney General Eric Holder should resign over Operation Fast and Furious during a Friday interview at the House Republican retreat at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront hotel.

 

Rohrabacher joins 62 of his House colleagues, two U.S. senators, two sitting governors and every major Republican presidential candidate in demanding that Holder be removed from office.

 

Eighty-nine congressmen have signed onto a House resolution of “no confidence” in Holder. Between the two lists, which don’t perfectly overlap, 101 members of the House have “no confidence” in Holder, believe he should resign, or both.

Monday for Martin Luther King Jr Day, US Attorney General Eric Holder spoke with NAACP leaders on the steps of the statehouse in South Carolina. Holder took the opportunity to tell the audience that he intends to fight against any and all attempts by states to pass laws requiring some form of photo ID.

 

South Carolina is one of those states in the voter ID fray and Holder told residents,

 

“After a thorough and fair review, we concluded that the state had failed to meet its burden of proving that the voting change would not have a racially discriminatory affect.”

Anonymous Claims They Took Down Parts Justice Department Website

 

Justice Department Web site inoperable after feds seize Megaupload by Ed O'Keefe and Ian Shapira

Portions of the Justice Department Web site became inoperable Thursday just hours after federal officials seized and shut down the file-sharing Web site Megaupload.com and arrested several of its executives on charges of violating piracy laws.

 

Anonymous, a group of Internet hackers, claimed responsibility for the attack via Twitter, as it usually does.

 

Barrett Brown, the Dallas-based founder of an online think tank that works with Anonymous, confirmed in a phone interview that Anonymous took down the Web sites using “distributed denial of service” attacks — essentially bombarding the sites with an overwhelming amount of traffic.

 

Several attempts to load the site, www.Justice.gov, failed late Thursday afternoon. Justice Department and White House officials didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.

AG Eric Holder is trying to compare the time when forcing African Americans to pay a poll tax, or answer obscure questions about the Georgia constitution - common tactics to deny blacks the right to vote 50 years ago - to voter ID laws today.
