Something I learned Today About Louis Farrakhan And Obama

I wasn’t really sure about a connection between Obama and Louis Farrakhan. (I guess I didn’t get the memo when it happen, lol.) I found out there were ties between the two in an article named The Campaign Ads That Will Defeat Obama by Edward Olshaker.

This what Edward said about Obama and Farrakhan and what I learned.

4)  Empowering Fascism: Obama Helps Organize Farrakhan's 1995 March

While the media is eager to help the Obama team look for flaws in Romney's record at Bain Capital during the 1990s, and similarly examined Gingrich's tenure as Speaker of the House, they have always shielded Obama's actions during that decade.

While Romney was at Bain, Obama helped organize and attended the 1995 Million Man March led by hate-cult leader Louis Farrakhan, the admirer of Hitler ("a very great man") and supporter of Hezb'allah terrorism who first attracted national attention when he threatened to murder Washington Post reporter Milton Coleman in 1984 -- a chilling replay of his threats against Malcolm X shortly before his assassination. In 1993, Farrakhan declared, "Was Malcolm your traitor or was he ours? And if we dealt with him like a nation deals with a traitor, what the hell business is it of yours?"

Obama's church was so impressed with all of this that their magazine awarded Farrakhan the Jeremiah A. Wright Trumpeter award, because he "truly epitomized greatness."

In dramatic contrast to Obama, there were black leaders outraged by the event that empowered Farrakhan and his message. Michael Meyers, executive director of the New York Civil Rights Coalition, was in anguish about the rally, calling it "a horrendous occurrence that hate has now gone mainstream..." When Rep. John Lewis received the 2001 Profile in Courage Award for Lifetime Achievement, the news release from the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum cited his opposition to the Million Man March among his achievements as a fighter for justice and tolerance.

Shortly before the march, one of Farrakhan's top aides, Quannel X, fired up participants with a memorable message: "Jewish Americans, get ready. Knuckle up...because we're ready and the war is going down...All you Jews can go straight to hell." The one white person present was shoved out of the room by the audience on Quannel's orders.

It was because of a shared hatred of Jews that Farrakhan formed alliances with and accepted donations from a Ku Klux Klan leader, following an earlier Nation of Islam relationship with the Nazi Party. As the American Jewish Committee's Kenneth Stern reported, "Former Ku Klux Klan leader Tom Metzger -- who would later be found responsible, along with his White Aryan Resistance organization, for the brutal skinhead murder of a black Ethiopian immigrant in Portland, Oregon -- was a guest at Farrakhan's 1985 Los Angeles speech. Metzger donated $100 to Farrakhan, and the two created an alliance..." The Farrakhan-Klan coalition alarmed black and Jewish leaders alike.

If Romney is as squeamish as McCain was about mentioning Obama's ties to anti-Semitism and anti-white racism, why not instead question his alliance with Farrakhan by highlighting Farrakhan's partnership with violent white supremacists, and perhaps even his striking admission about Malcolm X's murder? This would truly be a curve ball the Obama team is not expecting.

In light of the audacious "Grand Wizard" smears already being thrown by Obama surrogates (echoing the libel of Sarah Palin for "racially tinged" denunciations of Bill Ayers), it is essential to publicize how the only presidential candidate with a link, albeit indirect, to Klansmen and the White Aryan Resistance is the Democratic nominee.

You will find other juicy tidbits too by reading the article like Hillary Clinton’s warning Obama's secret promise to a Foreign Government and others.

  1. I attended the Million Man March as a college student. You may have been mislead with your facts about the day or you may be spreader of lies.

The Million Man March was to have Black Men atone for their sins towards God (religion didn't matter), sins toward family, sins toward community, sins toward self, and sins toward mankind in general. After atoning for their sins, the men were to reconcile their differences with whom ever they sinned against.

Prior to the march we attended several classes that taught what a functional family was, this was to show many of the Black men that a functional family is one headed by a man and his female wife. The class also taught the importance of saving and insurance. The reason this was harped on so much was because organizers felt that the key to improving the Black community was to improve the Black Family; and to improve the Black Family the man had to be in the household working with his wife to raise the family. The hope was and still is the children that grow up in a functional family will one day have a functional family versus a dysfunctional family with an absent, addictive, or abusive parent. The classes also taught against welfare, food stamps, section 8, and other government programs. The solution to poverty offered in the classes was education, business development, and money management.

There is much more the classes taught but I will leave you with this last lesson. The classes taught that Blacks should register as Republicans, because the Republican platform will better suit Blacks in the long run, while the Democratic platform of entitlements will keep Blacks docile and dependent on the government; thus killing the incentive of hard work and sacrifice.

If more Blacks applied the principles of Farrakhan (Christian, Muslim, or etc.)concerning family and community. America would be completely different. Imagine the Black community with No drugs, no homosexuality, no absentee parenting, no alcohol, no stealing, no fast food, no pork, no excessive spending, no degrading music/tv/movies, no Black on Black crime, no rape, no child molestation; Black owned business, Black banks, Black Grocery Stores, Black Pharmacies, Black service providers, the list goes on. Doesn't sound bad does it.

Why doesn't Black America have the things Farrakhan teaches????? Now that's the rub!!!! (The companies that benefit from Black disobedience to the will of God, are the ones Farrakhan speak about, headed by Jews, Whites, and Blacks, he talks about them all; uses the phrase Uncle Tom when referring to Blacks!!!!)

Farrakhan is has seen 7 decades in America. America has not been the nicest place to all of it's so called citizens. Therefore the constitution has been amended to legally fix some wrongs. However the constitution can not fix the heart and mind of all people. Therefore you will hear frustration from some that know you when you taking your family on vacation from Atlanta to Orlando down I-75 on June 9, 2012, you we will still see HUGE confederate flags flying(larger than any American flag flying) and have to try to explain to your 7 and 5 year old daughters that we can't stop at this exit for you to use the restroom. And then show them the flag and let them know as you get older beware of a place that flies the confederate flag so proudly, because your safety is at risk.

You seem to be intelligent and maybe even spiritual so you understand time heals wounds and no one knows how much time it will take. So forgive Farrakhan for being upset and lashing out toward a few corrupt Jews, Whites, and Blacks. Farrakhan only wants for Blacks what every other race has for themselves self reliance and dignity. That is not racism.
