Here Is Something Else Jesus Won’t Do That Occupiers Do

I read another article this morning where an occupier parents use their children as a shield. I couldn’t help but think Jesus wouldn’t use children as shields to protect himself. He wouldn’t want any harm to come them. This is how Jesus thought of children.

“People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.  Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”  Mark 10:13-15

Jesus would not be putting children in front of Him as a shield. This is what Jesus said about hurting children:

“If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea”  Matthew 18:6

“See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.” Matthew 18:10

“It would be better for them to be thrown into the sea with a millstone tied around their neck than to cause one of these little ones to stumble.” Luke 17-2

Jesus would not place a child in danger. Jesus would rebuke the occupier parents for doing it.
